Responsible for managing and organising design and build and pre-design projects from tender stage to completion. Responsibilities include supervising design progression, resourcing labour, manage project program, procure materials and plant, raise applications and oversee junior project engineers and apprentices.
Responsible for receiving tenders and estimating both pre-design or design and build within set periods, handing over awarded contracts to project teams, maintaining relationships with main contractors. Answerable to the Projects Director.
Previous experience essential, preferably using Luckins estimating software.
