Facilities Management

In addition to larger contracts, we have an associated, specialist Maintenance and Small Works company, Accolade Building Care Ltd (ABC) to offer the complete back-up service for building users once they have taken possession. A specialist multi-disciplinary team with its own manager and engineers is geared to provide anything from small mechanical and electrical services work and emergency callout services to full scale Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts.

Under our PPM contracts, buildings are regularly monitored to provide peak energy-efficiency in operation and maximum component-life, through fully-comprehensive maintenance procedures.  Minimal downtime is ensured by active management of site spares resources.

Small Works and Maintenance work is, like all our activities, monitored and scheduled by computer systems to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum cost to the client.

Emergency Service

An emergency service is provided on a round-the-clock basis, on contract or non-contract terms, through our fleet of radio controlled, tracker-located mobile units. These are operated by specialist members of the ABC teams skilled in plumbing, refrigeration, combustion and electrical services.
