ABS has a policy of strengthening skills and expertise and where not met by in-house training and organic growth, looks to recruit motivated personnel in specialities which further enhance the services that we provide to our clients.
We seek to recruit administrative and junior engineering staff from a catchment area within convenient travelling of our Ringwood base.
As we undertake work throughout central southern and south eastern regions, we invite enquiries from installation, service and maintenance personnel in the mechanical and electrical fields for projects throughout these regions.
Because our business is developing, we recruit people with the best personalities and abilities when available, so if you feel that your career is currently stifled or that you are unappreciated in your current employment, then we urge you to contact us to discuss whether you could join our friendly team.
For training positions, most years we have opportunities for Mechanical and Electrical Student Engineer apprenticeships with ABS, with day release from our office to undertake BTec, HNC and beyond qualifications. Periodically, we have vacancies for secretarial or bookkeeping trainees. For would be craftspersons, ABS recruits Plumbing or H&V apprentices most years, with our sister company, ABC, recruiting Service and Maintenance trainees, most years.
